Con Amore plans and organizes weddings and events from Florence, Italy. An introduction with you takes place by phone, Skype / Facetime / Zoom or email, or through a personal meeting in Tuscany.

Contract and checklist
If you accept our offer, we will send you a written contract. Immediately after signing the contract, we will start with the location search and the subsequent booking of the location(s) and the organisation of all activities. respecting your budget. From that point onwards, we will provide you with a check list to give you ideas for small details to personalize your wedding. We will also send you a list with the required documents for the marriage (in case you prefer a civil or a religious wedding). The wedding venue and other venues in Italy can be visited by appointment.

In the following months we will provide you with a complete cost overview so that you have a good overview of the entire budget.
Planing procedure
As part of the planning process, our couples travel to Tuscany in person to view the wedding location and select the wedding meal from the caterer or restaurant. We also organize a trial for the bridal hairstyle and make-up with the stylist. A meeting with the florists is also planned to discuss the floral decorations on the wedding day.
Some days before your wedding day
A couple of days before the wedding, we will meet at the town hall or party venue. Then together we settle the last details and go through the scenario for the last time. Once that has been taken care of, the wedding can begin!
After the festivities
In case of a civil rite, we will provide you with information for the legal procedures after the wedding. This is necessary to inscribe your marriage certificate in your place of residence.
